Directions to MDA from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport:

• Follow the signs from the airport to get on to Interstate 494 West; take 494 West to 35W North.
• The left lanes on 35W exit to downtown Minneapolis, and are marked “Downtown Exits/Highway 65.”
• Take this exit and stay in the lane(s) designated as 5th Ave. S.  You will enter downtown on 5th Ave., and continue about 4 blocks until you reach 7th St. S.
• Turn left on 7th St. and go 4 blocks to Marquette Ave.; turn right on Marquette. 
• Go 2½ blocks down Marquette (you will cross South 5th St.).
• There is a parking ramp attached to our building on the right hand side of the street; if this ramp is full, there is another ramp further down on your right, or else any other number of ramps within a three block radius of the Fifth Street Towers. We are located in the 150 Tower, on the 33rd Floor.

Directions to MDA from the west:

• Head east on Interstate 394 to the last exit where 394 ends, which is 4th St. 
• Continue down 4th St. for 5 blocks, past Marquette Ave. 
• The next light will be 2nd Ave. S., turn right. 
• Go a half a block and look for the underground parking ramp attached to the Fifth Street Towers, which is right in the middle of the block. 
• Take the parking ramp elevators to the second floor lobby, change elevator banks (floors 25-35), and go to the 33rd floor.

Directions to MDA from the east:

• Head west on Interstate 94 until you reach the 5th St. exit
• At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto 11th Ave. S. 
• Drive approximately 5 blocks on 11th Ave. S. until you reach Washington Ave., and turn left. 
• Continue on Washington until you reach 2nd Ave. S., then turn left again. 
• Drive 2½ blocks (past 4th St.), and take a right into the parking ramp that is located in the middle of the block between 4th and 5th Streets. 
• Take the parking ramp elevators to the second floor lobby, change elevator banks (25-35 floors) and go to 33rd floor.

Directions to MDA from the north:

• Travel south on Interstate 35W, towards Minneapolis.
• Exit at Washington Ave., and take a right at the top of the exit ramp. 
• Continue on Washington until you reach Second Ave. S. and turn left. 
• Drive 2½ blocks (pass 4th Street), and take a right into the parking ramp that is located in the middle of the lock between 4th and 5th Streets.
• Take the parking ramp elevators to the second floor lobby, change elevator banks (25-35 floors) and go to 33rd floor.

Directions to MDA from the northwest:

• Travel east on Interstate 94 until you come to the 4th-7th Street/Highway 55 exit. 
• Go straight on the exit ramp (do NOT veer to the right to follow 7th St./Hwy 55). 
• Both lanes will continue straight into downtown and this becomes 4th St.
• When you reach the first stoplight, continue down 4th St. about five blocks, and pass Marquette Avenue. 
• At the next light, 2nd Ave. S., turn right. 
• Go a half a block and look for the underground parking ramp attached to the Fifth Street Towers (150 Tower), which is right in the middle of the block.
• Take the parking ramp elevators to the second floor lobby, change elevator banks (25-35 floors) and go to 33rd floor.

Directions to MDA from the south:

• Travel north on Interstate 35W.  As you approach downtown, the left two lanes are designated as “Downtown Exits/Highway 65.” 
• Follow these into downtown.  Stay in the lane(s) designated as 5th Ave. S. 
• You will then enter downtown on 5th Ave. S., and continue about 4 blocks until you reach 7th St. S.
  Turn left on 7th St., and go 4 blocks to Marquette Ave. and turn right. 
• Go 2.5 blocks down Marquette (you will cross South 5th St). 
• There is a parking ramp attached to our building on the right hand side of the street;  if this ramp is full, there is another ramp further down on your right, or else any other number of ramps within a three block radius of the Fifth Street Towers.  We are located in the 150 Tower, on the 33rd floor.
