LeaderBuilder coaching is a 6-9 month program that begins with an in-depth discovery process, feedback meeting, and action plan development. We then conduct an alignment meeting with the individuals supervisor to ensure were on track before moving into the active coaching phase. Our coaches push individuals to be at their growing edge, challenging them on significant issues and helping them apply what they are learning to real situations. We ask questions and listen carefully to our clients to ensure that the most appropriate coach/client match is made for a mutually satisfying, long-term relationship.
