Executive Presence

Regardless of their intellect, experience, and ability to deliver results, many individuals fall short of their leadership potential and limit their career growth because they lack "executive presence." From first impressions to delivering an effective, well-executed speech in front of 200 people, Coaching for Executive Presence goes beyond simply giving a good presentation. It's about helping leaders understand the connection between how they carry themselves and their ability to influence the people important to their success.

MDA's Executive Presence program can be structured as an Action Learning Program with 5-10 individuals or as an individual coaching assignment.  In both situations, the content centers on the Seven Elements of Executive Presence, which address the interpersonal skills and presentation skills that impact leadership crediblity and the ability to influence effectively.
