The following five executives with MDA Leadership Consulting have been promoted, the Minneapolis-based firm announced.

Sharon Sackett to senior vice president of the firm’s CEO and Board Services practice and Global Assessment. Sharon will assume leading the CEO and Board Services practice, succeeding MDA Leadership founder and chair Sandra Davis in this capacity. Sackett, with MDA Leadership since 1998, will also oversee the firm’s burgeoning international assessment work, develop colleagues on assessment best practices and help continue building the firm’s talent analytic capabilities.
“I am thrilled to pass the leadership baton for our growing CEO and Board Services practice to Sharon,” Davis said. “The sweet spot of my own ongoing consulting work will continue to be advising CEOs and Boards on matters related to executive leadership excellence, effectiveness and continuity.”
Kevin Louiselle to executive vice president of Talent Strategy and Assessment. Louiselle, a partner at MDA Leadership who joined the firm in 2011, will assume responsibility for the firm’s Assessment products and services. He will also continue leadership of Talent Strategy which involves building enterprise-wide talent frameworks, processes and tools that become a key competitive advantage for our clients.
Jeff Stoner to senior vice president of the firm’s Leadership Development practice. Stoner, who has led Leadership Development since joining MDA Leadership in 2015, has overseen staff growth and portfolio expansion of this practice into several new markets. Leadership Development involves developing effective talent strategies and scalable solutions needed to strengthen an organization’s existing pool of versatile leaders.
Jeff Hinds to vice president of private equity. Hinds has been a standout contributor in our growing assessment area since 2006 and has been a leader of providing key talent insights for the firm’s expanding consulting work with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. With more than 20 years of assessment and selection experience, he specializes in helping organizations make critical talent decisions.
Cory Jacobson to vice president of client development, in recognition of his work to help expand significant client relationships and opportunities. During his tenure with MDA Leadership, which began in 2011, Jacobson has directly contributed to the firm’s ongoing year over-year business growth.
