Jenny D. Swanson has joined MDA Leadership Consulting as a senior consultant, the Minneapolis-based firm announced today.
As an expert in executive assessment for selection and development, Swanson will complement MDA Leadership’s nationally recognized Talent Insight Practice. In addition to assessing leaders for pre-employment and promotion, Swanson will help clients determine the leadership potential of key employees and aid company leaders in evaluating their talent depth and strategies against emerging and future business needs. Organizations that regularly and proactively assess and understand their talent typically experience a distinct competitive advantage over their peers.

Swanson, who will be based in Wisconsin, earned her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology and her M.A. in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University. She received her B.A.S. in psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
