Lisa Gordon has rejoined MDA Leadership Consulting as Principal Consultant, the Minneapolis-based firm announced today.
Gordon, who has more than 14 years of organizational consulting experience developing hundreds of employees at all levels, will focus on working with C-suite leaders, senior executives and teams on development and organizational change efforts. With a keen interest in mission-driven organizations, she is particularly experienced in developing the competencies and skills of executives and teams to improve their business performance, as well as helping organizations strategically plan around talent and thoughtfully navigate change. Her clients include Fortune 500 firms and mid-sized companies as well as non-profit, education and government institutions.

Gordon earned her Ph.D. in counseling psychology and her B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Consulting Psychology. She is also a licensed psychologist.
