As part of MDA Leadership Consulting’s ongoing growth and desire to have a greater Western U.S. presence, Sean M. Allen has joined the Minneapolis-based leadership development firm as vice president of consulting, Western Region, and a member of the firm’s senior leadership team. He will be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Allen, who has more than 17 years of experience in leadership strategy, organizational development and talent assessment for a variety of Fortune 500 firms, will lead MDA Leadership’s consulting services in the Western United States. He comes to MDA Leadership after a 13-year tenure with Right Management, where he led consulting for a variety of talent solutions in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Allen earned his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology and clinical psychology and his M.B.A. and M.S. in finance from Indiana University. He received his B.A. in psychology from California State University, Northridge. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
