When over 75 people registered for our June leadership forum, it was apparent that innovative talent strategies is a hot topic. Despite the rain that morning, the session was a success.

We covered three core areas:
• Scott Nelson, Executive Vice President and Partner, spoke about best practices for identifying the right talent;
• Nancy Weidenfeller, Principal Consultant and Executive Coach, led discussion about shortening the time to impact; and
• Jason Ortmeier, Director of Coaching Services, facilitated a section on using action learning to re-engage key talent.

We especially thank our guest speakers, who were the highlight of the session:
• Sharon Lessard, VP of Store Design Services, SUPERVALU
• J Glassnapp, VP of Sustainability and Quality, Andersen Corporation

Both Sharon and J shared their integration and transition coaching experience with MDA. It was a great opportunity for the HR Executive audience to hear first-hand from actual users of coaching how the experience helped them and shortened their time to impact in their new roles.
