BATZ BECOMES PRINCIPAL OF MDA LEADERSHIP CONSULTING
MINNEAPOLIS, April 30 – MDA Leadership Consulting announced today that senior consultant Paul Batz has been added as a principal of the firm. Batz has also been named executive vice president of the firm.

Batz has been with MDA Leadership Consulting since 2001, serving as a senior consultant and executive coach to senior leaders at Fortune 500 organizations in the Twin Cities, Minnesota and the Midwest. His expertise is in leadership communication, influence and building the spirit of accountability into organizations.
Batz is the chairperson of the board of directors for Lutheran Social Services (LSS) of Minnesota, the state’s largest human services organization. He earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and vocal music from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn. He is a member of the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club and the National Speakers Association.
