MDA Leadership Consulting Promotes Three Employees to Senior Consultant

MINNEAPOLIS – MDA Leadership Consulting announced today the promotion of three staff members. Heather Wray-Isquierdo, M.A., Jason Ortmeier, M.A., and Jeffrey Hinds, Psy.D., have been promoted to senior consultant.

"In addition to their personal development, their ability to grow and manage strategic client projects has been significant for the firm. We are proud of their accomplishments."
As senior consultants, Wray-Isquierdo, Ortmeier, and Hinds are responsible for client management and expanded business development. Wray-Isquierdo joined the firm in July 2004 as a consultant, focusing on project management and executive coaching. In 2006, she completed a 15-month coaching certification program through the International Coach Federation. She has a M.A. in psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Minnesota.
Ortmeier joined the firm in July 2005, focusing on executive coaching and leadership development programs. Prior to MDA he was with DBM, a global outplacement consultant firm. Ortmeier has his M.A. degree in counseling and psychology.
Hinds joined the firm as a consultant in June 2006, specializing in selection assessment analysis. Prior to MDA, he worked as a selection consultant for Target Corporation and managed assessment operations for the U.S. Air Force. Hinds has his M.S. and Psy.D. degrees in clinical psychology.
