MINNEAPOLIS, April 5 – MDA Consulting Group announced today it has officially changed its name to MDA Leadership Consulting to better reflect the company’s service offerings and clients.
Sandra Davis, Ph.D., L.P., CEO and founder of MDA Leadership Consulting, said, “The name change is subtle and yet powerful. We have provided valuable counsel to corporate executives, board members and senior human resource directors for more than 20 years. For those who know us, the name change makes sense. With the new company name, those who don’t know us may better understand who we are.”
Founded in 1981 as an organizational psychology firm, MDA
Leadership Consulting helps leaders achieve greater organizational
performance. The organization is headquartered in Minneapolis, and
has a professional staff of 20 consultants. Services include talent
