Providing Support During Change 

 Business Challenge:
Mid-sized organization living through deregulation needed to provide support and encouragement for a mature management corps to be flexible, adaptive, and customer-focused through rapid change.  Corporate leaders really wanted the key group of leaders to remain loyal and stable through the change.

Solution:
Collection of individual LeaderBuilder Coaching engagements with 15 key managers and senior leaders. Each leader had the opportunity for psychological assessment and peer feedback. Individual action plans were developed to keep each person invigorated, engaged, and accountable.

Result:
Zero turnover in turbulent environment with increased agility in all of the strategic corporate functions. Coaching demand has increased, including participation by the CEO and his entire senior team.
