Understanding the Use of Information

At MDA Leadership Consulting, we believe that it is our responsibility to help you fully understand how your assessment information will be used so you can make an informed decision about your participation in it. We also have specific obligations to the client organization that requested your participation in this assessment, and we want to make sure that you understand that we may share the results of your assessment with them either orally and/or in writing.

Your participation in this assessment process is completely voluntary, as is your consent to allow us to release your assessment results to the client organization that requested your assessment. By clicking on the “Agree to Give Consent” button at the bottom of this page, you are agreeing to the terms of the Use of Information Form and you further verify that you are the individual assigned by MDA Leadership Consulting to complete the online assessment.

Purpose

The assessment process involves gathering information about you in order to develop an understanding of your work-related characteristics.

Data Use

The assessment data will be seen and used only by trained MDA consultants and MDA Leadership Consulting Psychometry Department staff. These data will be interpreted and a summary of the findings (written and/or oral) may be shared with the client organization. Data will be used for selection and/or development purposes only.

Access to Data

Your records at MDA Leadership Consulting are confidential and access to them is limited to those who can legitimately expect to receive and use the information. We also occasionally conduct research on our process and assessment tools and we may include your assessment results, without individual-identifying information, as part of a larger group of people we have assessed for research purposes. No personally identifiable information from your assessment will be released to individuals or organizations other than the client organization requesting your assessment without your written approval. Of course, there is the unlikely requirement that such information would be released upon court order or to conform to state or federal law, rule, or regulation.
