LexAnn Steffens is a true strategic leader who gets energized when she's partnering with business executives who want to advance organizational initiatives. An expert in recruiting, performance management, and overall operations, LexAnn has a natural intuitive side and is a big picture thinker. She loves to find solutions for problems and ensure flawless execution.

LexAnn's expertise has developed from more than ten years experience in consulting and HR operational roles. She learned to work as a strategic business partner early in her career, and has coached many talented business leaders. Her dual roles at MDA include both internal operations, as well as client consulting and project management across the firm.

LexAnn joined MDA in 2005. She was attracted to the firm because she enjoys working at a strategic level with internal and external clients—helping them achieve their personal goals and the goals of the organization. She has been a volunteer on many organizational initiatives and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She received her undergraduate degree in business management from Bellevue University in Nebraska, and completed the Executive MBA program at University of Nebraska in Omaha.

When she's not at the office, LexAnn spends time with her family “Up North” at the cabin. She also makes frequent trips to Nebraska–her home state–visiting friends and family. LexAnn enjoys running, bike riding, and Cornhusker football games.
