Bringing over ten years of project coordination expertise, Naomi has the ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while keeping a steady hand under pressure. She is passionate about creating the “MDA Experience” for each individual client to be seamless, efficient, and pleasant. She enjoys working with her experienced Organizational Performance team of consultants to discover creative ways for organizational teams to perform at peak levels.

Coming to MDA with a diverse wealth of experience from teaching young children to work in non-profit organizations, Naomi brings thoughtful and creative solutions to creating a unique experience for each client. She enjoys learning about the complex organizational makeup that each client brings to MDA – and helping to assist them in being the best they can be in their industry.

Naomi joined MDA in 2005, bringing with her experience in teaching children through adults. She served in multiple roles for non-profit organizations and has experience in spearheading new events, working with diverse groups, and creating solutions to manage complex projects more effectively. Naomi graduated with honors from Crown College with a degree in Elementary Education and has studied Organizational Leadership in the Bethel University graduate program. She maintains her professional teaching license in Minnesota, and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her son and husband. She loves to volunteer with children at her church, and loves everything about Africa. She loves to travel and experience cultures, and enjoys a good cup of coffee.
