With more than 10 years of experience in human resources and marketing consulting, Renee O'Brien brings an enthusiastic approach to the client projects she manages. Renee's favorite areas of focus are helping her clients define, create and deliver the highest quality leadership development solutions. Both clients and colleagues appreciate her ability to think big picture, while keeping her eye on the details in order to implement successful solutions.
Renee joined MDA's leadership development practice in 2007 and partners with client managers to coordinate and deliver coaching programs, implement development systems, and coordinate leadership development programs. Prior to joining MDA, Renee was a project manager at a marketing consulting firm, Arundel Street Consulting (ASC). At ASC, she worked with clients to deliver ideation sessions, focus groups and on-line surveys. Prior to ASC, Renee worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles for Personnel Decisions International (PDI).
Renee is a graduate of University of Minnesota, with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Chinese. After graduation she wanted to change the world, but decided to narrow the scope and, one client at a time, has helped organizations implement change through high-quality business solutions.
Away from the office, Renee enjoys practicing yoga, trying out stretch recipes in the kitchen, traveling with her husband, and spending lots of sidewalk time with her two young children.
