Volunteer Sign Up Website
The SLP Traveling Girls Tournament will be Dec. 20-21 at the SLP High School and Westwood Middle School. Each family is asked to work 8 hours as part of their club commitment at one or both of the tournaments hosted by the club.
There are three areas where volunteers are needed: Concessions, Gate, and Clock. Clock is always hardest to fill, but it's the most important because we can't run the games without clock volunteers! We will show you how to run the clock equipment--it's not as hard as it looks! For parents of boys' players, the brackets for the boys' games will be posted online at www.slptbc.org as soon as they are completed.
Volunteer Sign Up Instructions
Please select the area of interest for volunteering by clicking a link on the right and you will see all of the time slots available. Click on the time slot that you want and a sign up box will appear for you to enter your your first and last name. Click the volunteer button and you should then see your name appear on the grid in the hour you selected. You will need to do this for each hour that you are signing up for. Please put only one name in each box. If you are signing up for more individuals (e.g. your spouse), put his/her name in their own time slot.
