Heather Wray-Isquierdo's enthusiastic and tenacious approach to coaching is insightful and pragmatic. Heather enjoys helping leaders navigate difficult management dilemmas and develop the competencies and skills needed to expand and strengthen their impact. She is passionate about challenging her clients to address growing edge development issues, as it is through this journey that individuals become more effective and inspiring leaders.
Utilizing her diverse background in training, education, psychology, and adventure team building, she offers clients an action-oriented, invigorating, and insightful coaching experience. Heather's experience as a trainer, consultant, facilitator, teacher, and counselor over the past 14 years includes work in a wide range of industries for Fortune 100 & 500 companies, as well as non-profit organizations. In addition to coaching individuals, Heather's expertise includes 360 feedback, training design and delivery, group facilitation, conflict resolution, and team building.
She earned an M.A. in Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO and a B.S. in Business Administration, Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Minnesota, and is certified in advanced facilitation and adventure team building techniques. In 2006, Heather completed an intensive 15-month accredited coach training program through New Ventures West.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their young children, Chay and Ani. She is an avid practitioner of Ashtanga yoga, Pilates, and loves to dance.
