Susan Zemke has been developing successful leaders for most of her career. She is energized by clients who seek to enhance the capabilities and contributions of their leaders through focused, practical, and challenging development experiences. Clients appreciate the mix of corporate and consulting experience Susan brings to understanding their unique needs. She has a straightforward and open approach to client relationships and enjoys group facilitation and working with individuals to help them realize their full potential as leaders.

Susan’s expertise in developing strong, engaging leaders has benefited clients in a broad range of industries from health care to quick service restaurants and automobile manufacturers. Clients have included Resurrection Health Care, Allergan, Payless ShoeSource, McDonalds, Fairview Health Services, Federated Department Stores, Sallie Mae, and DaimlerChrysler.

Susan joined the firm in 2006. Prior to her entry into consulting in 1998, she was Organization Effectiveness Manager at The St. Paul Companies, Vice President of Training at First Bank System, and prior to moving to Minnesota, facilitated management training for new managers in American Express operations centers in Argentina and Venezuela. Susan earned her B.A. from Trinity College, VT, and her M.S. from the University of Bridgeport, CT.

The other side of Susan enjoys gourmet cooking, traveling in Europe, and being outdoors hiking and biking. She has been a devotee of Theatre de la Jeune Lune in Minneapolis for 25 years and served on the Board of Directors for twelve years, three as Board president.
